Innovative and forward-thinking in land promotion and development
The site extends to 3 ha (7.5 acres) on the northern side of Repps Road outside the development boundaries for Martham. In this case, the landowner was approached by a local developer early in the process and rather than secure planning permission and then offer the land for sale, all parties agreed that the terms on offer sufficient to agree a deal subject to planning. Outline planning permission was granted for a scheme of 56 residential units and Cripps Developments subsequently secured reserved matters approval. The site has now been built out.
